1. Can't Sign In
Symptoms:
"Incorrect username or password" errors
Account locked or timed out
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) not prompting correctly
Fixes:
Double-check your email and password
Make sure Caps Lock is off
If you’ve forgotten your password, reset it at https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com
Restart your phone if you're not receiving MFA prompts
2. Outlook Not Syncing or Won’t Open
Symptoms:
Missing or delayed emails
Outlook won’t start or crashes

Fixes:
Log out and back into Teams
Clear Teams cache or reinstall the app
Ensure you’re signed in with the correct account
